Looking for Part Time Bartenders for short and long term employment.

Must have at least 1 year experience bartending (Bartending school / catering companies / bars that are run by bartending schools are NOT experience).
Must be available to work at least two weekday shifts (11am-6pm Tuesday through Friday) & at least one weekend afternoon shift per week.
The applicant's resume should have bartending experience. Serving experience alone will not lead to an interview.
This position can quickly lead to higher volume shifts including nights and weekends. Application is done in person only.
An ideal candidate should be able to:
- Learn and adapt to the selections provided at the bar (Over 80 different beers and 8 signature cocktails.)
- Have a basic understanding of classic well known cocktails (Martini, Margarita, ect.) This is not a cocktail bar but a basic understanding of these drinks are essential in the bar world.
- Be able to take orders from a high volume crowd.
- Understand the concept of a busy shift versus a slow one and can adapt accordingly i.e. being able to talk to customers on slow nights and able to move quickly during busy ones.
- Know how to deal with unruly customers and how to de-escalate them.
- Be a team player that is able to put the establishment's needs on par with their own.
