`Popular brunch restaurant hiring for experienced kitchen positions. Must have at least 3-5 years experience with good knowledge of the following:
Kitchen safety
Food prep: salad/sandwich prep, raw meats and produce prep, sauces and able to follow recipes
Flat top grill experience a must
Prep/line cook must also be willing to help with dishwashing throughout the week.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Hours are 8am to 4pm, no cash payment, paid weekly.
Work schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Must work well with others. Must be able to take direction and follow instructions well. Must be timely, respectful of others and want to be part of a well working team. Must work quickly and cleanly. Must be well groomed.
