Job Responsibilities
Morning Cleaning (Before Opening):
Wipe down all surfaces, windows, and mirrors
Clean restrooms and restock essentials
Remove trash/recycling; sanitize bins
Restock napkins, cutlery, glassware, and service items
Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for opening
Busser Duties (During Service):
Clear and reset tables quickly and professionally
Assist servers with water, bread, and food running
Maintain cleanliness and organization during service
Support front-of-house team with smooth table turnover
Keep service stations stocked and clean
Requirements
Restaurant experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
