We are interviewing for a new Busser/Helper position for a fine dining Korean BBQ restaurant. This job position will require more skill and attention than a Busser position in most regular restaurants.
Job requirements are:
Keep restaurant and bathrooms cleaned and maintained.
Polish and clean plates, silverware, glassware.
Bring new customers plates, water, drinks and small condiments.
Keep all water glasses full and watch that all tables are maintained with proper service.
Set up tables for barbecue/hotpot.
Buss all tables up to restaurant standards and reset all tables as necessary.
Restock any togo containers, tableware, and ingredients needed for restaurant as necessary.
Prepare restaurant for service for the following day.
You must schedule an interview first. Second interview may be necessary!
This is not a temporary position but an important professional permanent position. We are trying to train the right person to do the the job here. The longer you stay working with us, the more money you will make. Pay raises are given to those who are respectful, work hard and follow the team system.
