We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager who’s just as comfortable behind the counter as they are leading a team. This role blends hands-on barista shifts with day-to-day management, creating the perfect opportunity for someone who loves great coffee, warm hospitality, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily café operations with an ownership mentality to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Work barista shifts (approximately 2–3 per week) alongside your team
Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Train, motivate, and support café staff
Maintain quality control standards for coffee, food, and service
Collaborate with ownership on marketing ideas, events, and seasonal menu offerings

Prior experience in café management or a lead barista role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating community
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Availability for mornings, weekends, and occasional events
