Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or retail, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle transactions efficiently. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive experience for our customers while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Accurately packing foods for per order and handing to the right person
Making Bubble tea & Refresher drinks
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with menu selections.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. (Zero Tolerance on stealing)
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area, restrooms, adhering to sanitation standards.
Support team members in various tasks, including bussing tables and maintaining inventory levels.
Demonstrate time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous experience in cashiering or a similar role in the food industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.

Schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday OFF
Monday Tuesday Sunday 10:30AM-Midnight
Friday & Saturday 6:00pm - Midnight
approximately 53.554.5 hours
Pay: starting: $16 per hour for 3 training days, then $16 per hour plus all 100% TIPS
