- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food handling standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Experience -
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Experience with food preparation is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within the kitchen setting.
