40-50 hours a week.
22an hour to start, bumped to 25an hour after 6 months. and 1 week paid vacation after a year.

Must be able to create specials for the week.
Execute menu items per chefs spec.
Prepare all cuts/ stocks/ items to spec.
Create a seasonal menu with chef every 3 months.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Organize FIFO.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work and prep station.
Keep temp on burgers, know how to fry chicken, make a killer grilled cheese.
Show up on time and sober, leave on time and sober.
This is a one man show in a smaller kitchen setting.
