This could be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, and has a creative streak — whether from past work in food service, retail, or just being naturally organized and hands-on.
Job Responsibilities:
-Make sandwiches and assemble beautiful charcuterie boards
-Take phone and walk-in orders with care and attention
-Create flyers and simple promotional materials using Canva
-Help plan and organize weekly and holiday specials
-Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
-Small inventory upkeep
-Be a reliable presence for our local customers
Requirements:
-Has some experience or a real interest in sandwiches and charcuterie
-Comfortable using Canva or similar tools to make flyers/promos
-Friendly, dependable, and happy to interact with customers
-Sales or phone/order-taking experience is a plus
-Knows the Ridgewood area and maybe even has a few local connections is a plus
-Available at least 5 days per week (weekends or holidays included when needed)
