About Us: Minit Mart Deli & Grill is known for its premium deli products, hot & cold sandwiches, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Associate to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and salads.
-Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
-Provide outstanding customer service
-Operate deli equipment such as slicers and ovens safely and efficiently.
-Assist in inventory management and ensure appealing and well-stocked display cases.
-Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Make cold sandwiches
Required Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
-Knowledgeable about food handling and safety regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, especially early mornings.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in food preparation and customer service.
What We Offer:
Flexible working hours with shifts available from 5:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Pay based on experience.
