Qualifications:
Associates degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe & Microsoft Word & Excel
Familiar with Toast POS system
Creative mindset with attention to detail
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and helping execute events
This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects
Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements
Capable of running weekly events manager meetings in person
Responsive coordinator who has a turn around time of 24 hours for leads
