Massage At Work, LLC, a nationwide business service located in Fort Lee, NJ, provides some of the nation's most prestigious and forward-thinking companies with licensed, insured and professional massage therapists for clothed in-office chair massages to help decrease stress, reduce fatigue, strengthen concentration and reduce company healthcare costs.
We are currently looking for an all-around excellent client services representative with savvy business judgement, excellent telephone and written skills and strong computer literacy to take ownership of internal and external administrative support for this fast-growing enterprise.
Basic:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Windows, Mac, ability to quickly learn CRM and e-marketing software.
Excellent communication, administrative writing and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Canva and social media digital marketing, Constant Contact a huge plus.
Hours: Flexible; this will start off as a part-time position during school 10-15hrs per week, but can lead to 20-25 after 12 months or sooner.
Salary: starting $15.50/hr; Depending on experience. Flexible schedule dates and time.
