We would be pleased to meet professional minded and experienced Line Cooks to cover the following stations :
Saucier, Entremetier, Gardmanger, Pastry and Experienced Charcoal grill chef ;
All the positons offered require at least 3 years of experience in recognized Chef-driven restaurants, no red sauce joints, no delis, no diners resumes , no chain restaurants resumes will be considered .
