Pay: $30/hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
Follow recipes and baking techniques accurately
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker in a commercial kitchen or bakery setting.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings.
Food handler's certification preferred.
