We are looking for full time to work both day and night shifts as we are getting BUSY Full time employment only. Please have your foodhandlers card and be tips certified or willing to get both within 2 weeks.

our award-winning team.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all guest service, bar and service bar as well as

to maintain all business metrics and manage the floor for an optimal customer experience throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

● Building a positive culture

throughout the restaurant

● Ensure the highest quality standards in the bar and throughout the

service experience

● Oversee cost of goods, comps & expenses to ensure optimal

profitability

● Resolve escalated customer issues

● Maintain a high standard of customer service by engaging with guests,

addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

●Managing your schedule, Inventory, Floor Management

● Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely

delivery of orders.

● Maintain operations by enforcing policies and standard operating procedures,

aiming for consistent productivity and quality

● Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and

enforcing sanitation standards and procedures

● Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and emerging beverage

techniques

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote beverage-related

events, tastings, or promotions

● Follow key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and

timely completion of tasks

● Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and

regulations are being followed

Qualifications:

● 3+ years previous experience in high volume retaurant mixology or bartending

● Excell the ability to motivate and

develop written and communication skills

● Strong ability to work in a gowth-oriented team.

● Proficiency in inventory management and cost-control techniques.

● Familiarity with local alcohol regulations and certification in responsible service

practices.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-10 hour shift

● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

● Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly

● Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requested

● Knowledge of Google Drive, TOAST POS, and whenIwork is a plus

● Hardworking, positive attitude with the ability to lead by example by being

fearless to accomplish any task
