Casual Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced person to fry, prep, manage the salad station and make pastas. 5 days a week and approximately 45-50 hours. The pay is 18-20 dollars (after taxes) an hour.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable and confident handling both cold prep and hot line cooking. You’ll be making fresh salads and dressings from scratch, and cook pasta dishes during service.
What You’ll Do:
Prep and build all salads — fresh greens, toppings, proteins, etc
Make house-made dressings and basic sauces daily
Cook pasta dishes during service (boil pasta, finish sauces)
Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready at all times.
Handle prep work for your station before service
Able to follow recipes and plating standards
Team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed
