At Efi’s Gyro & Cafe in Newport, Jersey City, food prep duties are all about ensuring everything is fresh and ready for service. Daily tasks include chopping vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and peppers for our salads and gyros, preparing rice and other side dishes, and portioning ingredients to maintain efficiency during busy hours.
