We are seeking a Bilingual SPANISH Food Production Line Coordinator to join our team! The Food Production Line Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the efficient movement of products on our manufacturing line. Working in a refrigerated environment (40°F), this role ensures production runs smoothly, meets quality and efficiency standards, and keeps line workers motivated. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry, and is goal-oriented with strong leadership skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage workflow on the production line to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.
Communicate with line workers, supervisors, and other departments to maintain a steady production pace.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues that may impact productivity or product quality.
Motivate and support line workers to meet production goals.
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Assist with training new employees on production processes and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of production flow and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food production environment.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (40°F) for extended periods.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and guide team members.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Must be reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
