We are a thriving food truck business. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Food Truck Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to potentially take an ownership stake of the food truck business as we grow it together.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations of the food truck, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of food truck staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Be Proficient in posting on social media.
Help with Event Coordination: Assist owner in and coordinate participation in events, festivals, and private catering opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in food service management, preferably within a restaurant environment.
Drivers License: You must be able to drive the truck to and from its spots/events.
Customer Focused: Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Organized: Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with ease.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
