Brasserie Memere is seeking a Sous Chef or Seasoned Line cook looking to make an upward move in their career. Candidates must have experience working multiple different stations in a fast paced kitchen environment, as well as strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and knowledge of French culinary terms and techniques. Some knowledge of classic French cuisine is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Executive Chef. Assist in creating specials and seasonal menu changes.
Lead our team of line cooks by example
Ability to learn, prep and execute all kitchen stations
Daily Stewarding and ordering
Uphold food standards, organization, and sanitation
