GRILL COOK POSITION
Our high-end, high-volume steakhouse is looking for both full-time and part-time positions for our Mahwah and Fair Lawn locations.
Our grill cooks will be preparing and cooking high-end ingredients for our loyal guests, therefore, we will be looking for the following qualities:
Professional attitude – Willingness to Learn – Well Groomed – Understanding of Team Work – Ability to Follow Recipes – Punctual – Works Well Under Pressure
Flexible hours are a must, availability to cover one or multiple shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
High Volume Experience a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepping, stocking and maintaining your station
Understanding proper sanitation
Serve Safe Certification
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and follow recipes
Proper Knife Skills
Understanding of Temperatures
Compensation – Hourly wage based upon experience
