Hudson Table is an interactive culinary studio and event space. We specialize in providing unique culinary experiences to our clients. We are looking for talented hosts/servers to join our team for our outdoor patio and rooftop dining services, including brunches, dinners, and other family style and plated dining events.
We are currently looking for candidates with flexible schedules and weekend availability. Front of House and hospitality experience is preferred.
COMPENSATION:
$13-15 per hour (plus tips!)
REQUIREMENTS:
Flexible scheduling is required.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide outstanding front of house service and hospitality for a variety of dining events. Position includes assistance with setup and breakdown of dining areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Culinary degree from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Must have a strong understanding of food and kitchen safety
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task
- Ability to bend and lift 40 - 60 pounds
- Must understand FOH operations and be able to deliver high quality customer experience
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Good communication including listening skills required
- Proven ability to work independently at times and within a team
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
