Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Hookah Lounge Server / Attendant. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a social, hospitality-driven environment and is comfortable interacting with customers in a lounge setting.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers with a welcoming attitude
Preparing and setting up hookahs (training will be provided)
Refreshing coals for customers throughout their session
Maintaining cleanliness of tables, lounge area, and equipment
Handling cash transactions and operating the register accurately
Providing attentive table service and ensuring guests have a great experience
Qualifications:
Outgoing and customer-focused personality
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn hookah preparation (no prior experience required, training provided)
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or lounges is a plus
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible evening (starting at 4pm to 2am) and weekend shifts available
Competitive hourly pay plus tips
