Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests promptly, answering phone calls, taking take-out orders & sending orders to kitchen through POS system . Dinner hours & weekends .The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the restaurant staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, understanding Spanish a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
