The ideal candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge in preparing Jamaican meals while having the temperament to accept and incorporate positive feedback to improving taste and presentation.
- Must have experience preparing Jamaican meals in a professional restaurant setting
- Responsible for cooking a full Jamaican menu each day, including: oxtail, goat, chicken, fish, pasta, traditional Jamaican breakfast
- Oversee food preparation and planning for next day use
- Maintain food safety standards
- Must be an organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Work efficiently, and interact well with co-workers
