Looking for experienced cook to join our busy seafood and cocktail bar. Ideal candidate will be able to maintain clean works spaces and keep up with assisting Chef with necessary prep while also keeping station stocked and organized. Will be comfortable cleaning and or prepping outside of kitchen on occasion as well as assisting line with restocking products during service, getting ice from the ice machines and helping keep FOH stocked with glassware and silverware. Candidate must also be willing to learn how to shuck oysters and occasionally assist raw bar. Ideal candidate will assist Chef and other management with minimal inventory as well as maintaining/ assisting with weekly specials.

Can be flexible with a schedule to accommodate, however weekends are a must, PM shifts only.
