Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing menu items in a timely manner and ensuring the level of quality and plate presentation
- Verifying that dishes are made to recipe specifications with the chef
- Maintaining stock, and a clean and organized work area
- Practicing proper and safe food handling, storage, receiving, stocking and rotating procedures to
- Communicating ordering and inventory needs and product shortages
Requirements:
- You must have at least 2 years experience as a Line Cook working in a well-rated restaurant
- Experience in high volume breakfast entree output, including pancakes, skillets, specialty omelets, brunch entrees and egg platters
