Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest quality standards, ensuring all dishes are cooked to order and served in a timely manner. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure the proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Work as part of a team to meet the demands of high-volume service.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members.
