We are seeking EXPERIENCED LINE COOKS to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
FOOD PREPARATION: prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation, following our menu and recipes
STATION MANAGEMENT: set-up and breakdown of workstation, manage workstation during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish preparation
CLEANLINESS and SANITATION: maintain a clean and organized workstation, strictly following health and sanitation standards
ADAPTABILITY: flexible and responsive to menu changes, special requests and peak service times
QUALIFICATIONS:
CULINARY PASSION: genuine enthusiasm for cooking and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a culinary career
TEAM PLAYER: ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE: knowledge and commitment to food safety standards and practices
