The Position Requires 3 to 5 years High Volume Buffet kitchen experience. We are Looking for Creative Candidates that are responsible for Preparing Mis en Place for the next day's service and work with other cooks to produce a daily buffet of 15 items from a menu that the Chef creates.
The candidate must work Clean and Organized. He or She may also help prepare Grab and Go items, help with Catering Orders and be involved with some input on daily menus.
Finally, Hygiene and professional appearance are required.
This position is from 7.30 am to 3.30pm Monday through Friday with a daily 30-minute lunch Break.
Pay Rate is Based on Experience.
