The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items with consistent high quality and attention to detail

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a line cook in a refined dining setting

Strong knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques

Excellent knife skills and proficiency in a wide range of kitchen equipment

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Team player with strong communication skills

Culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred

Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred
