We are seeking talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our team at our new refined dining establishment. Our restaurant focuses on showcasing fresh, locally-sourced ingredients through innovative culinary techniques. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency

Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Follow recipes and plating specifications

Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and refine existing ones

Manage your station efficiently, including mise en place and clean-up

Assist with inventory management and food cost control

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook, preferably in fine dining

Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and culinary techniques

Excellent knife skills and food presentation abilities

Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills
