Country MKT restaurant is a small business in Closter, NJ. MKT Diner, a new farm-to-table restaurant “revolutionizing the classic American diner”.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with menu planning and development

- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant setting

- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of menu planning and the ability to create new dishes

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
