We are hiring experienced full-time line cooks with an enthusiasm for the culinary arts, a passion for hospitality and willingness to learn and take direction from management.

Responsibilities:
Prep and prepare food orders in an efficient and timely manner
Rotate and stock inventory and supplies
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Uphold food and quality standards
Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as line cook
Experience with food prep, knife skills, and following recipes
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Ability to read and write English
