Multi-Unit General Manager – South Orange, NJ

Mil Gustos Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee Miti Miti Latin Street Food and Medusa Greek Street Food in South Orange, NJ.
This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with the Owners, Operations Director, Chefs, and HR Director. You’ll manage FOH and BOH operations, mentor floor managers and shift leads, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all daily operations (FOH & BOH)
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Manage scheduling, payroll, and POS systems
Ensure DOH compliance and a clean, safe workplace
Coach managers and staff to deliver consistent service excellence
Partner with leadership on strategy, performance, and culture
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years’ experience as a Multi-Unit General Manager
Proven leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, presentation, and people skills
Ability to lead under pressure with professionalism and diplomacy
ServSafe Manager Certification required
