We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to lead the teams at our two lively restaurants in South Orange: Miti Miti Latin Street Food and Medusa Greek Street Food.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily FOH & BOH operations across both restaurants
Lead by example with a strong floor presence and guest connection
Recruit, train, and serve as HR liaison for staff
Manage scheduling, payroll, and POS systems
Ensure DOH compliance and uphold top service standards
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of multi-unit GM experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and people-first
ServSafe Certification (required)
