Brand new, high-end restaurant in an intimate / exclusive / artistic setting serving caviar, fine dining in bustling Edgewater, New Jersey.
CAVIAR hosts private events, open for Dinner (Weds - Sun), and Brunch (Saturday - Sunday). We serve wine by the bottle and are BYOB. We offer a full dinner and brunch menu with caviar table service and an oyster bar.
We are currently conducting interviews looking for Servers and Line Cooks. If you are a busser or food runner, please feel free to submit your resumes as we will soon be adding support.
Professionalism and positivity is expected. Experience is preferred but not necessary for the right person willing to train and grow with our team. Servers are expected to bus, run food and handle all duties as needed. We use Toast POS system.
CAVIAR is a boutique restaurant so we staff accordingly - people who can multitask, handle responsibilities and work well under pressure will be rewarded generously.
