Nostrana Ristorante and Bar is a newly opened Italian restaurant in Boonton Twp, NJ! Our seasonally inspired menu features local produce and homemade pasta. Our beverage program highlights fine Italian wines from boutique producers, signature cocktails and unique spirits/liqueurs.
We are seeking experienced line cooks to join our team!
Applicants must be dynamic, hardworking and team oriented. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, pay attention to details, and anticipate the needs of our kitchen. Preferred experience with Italian cuisine, including making homemade pasta.
Weekend availability required.
