Hostess Position Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
Manage waitlists and seating using a table management system
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Communicate effectively with servers and management about guest flow
Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and timely manner
Help run food to tables & roll silverware
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Help maintain cleanliness of tables & establishment
Be knowledgeable about our full menu and drink offerings
Process payments using the POS system and follow proper cash handling procedures
Experience with Toast POS is a plus
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar service areas, and tables
