Job Description: Floor service includes food and beverage, duties go beyond taking orders. Service must be sharp and ever present to ensure the proper experience for our guests. Looking for those that go beyond simply taking and relaying orders. Staff must provide a stronger experience for the guests to create a connection between themselves and the restaurant.
Duties will include at minimum:
Recommending appropriate food and beverages.
Serving, clearing, and resetting guests
Timely service to ensure reservation windows and guest expectations are met.
Keeping service stations and all applicable equipment cleaned and presented properly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
