Job Summary: We’re looking for a friendly, experienced front of store assistant to help manage the following:
Assisting customers with deli and grocery purchases
Manage Walk in and Phone orders (write tickets)
Assist with food prep
Managing dry goods stock levels
Manage the cash register
Maintain store appearance
About You:
Food and customer service experience preferred
Friendly and able to communicate with customers
Ability to learn a range of meats and cheeses
Able to learn and memorize a deli menu
Team player (we’re a small family)
Knowledge of Italian deli meats and cheeses is a huge plus!
Hours:
Hours and days are flexible but generally 3-4 hours per day
Tuesdays – Saturdays (closed Sundays and Mondays) from approx. 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: $15/Hour to start
