We are a busy, authentic Italian restaurant looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza & Salad Chef to join our kitchen team. If you have a deep respect for traditional Neapolitan techniques and a "green thumb" for fresh, vibrant salads, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Pizza Station: Stretching, topping, and firing authentic Neapolitan-style personal pies in a High-Temp Deck] oven.
The Salad Station: Prepping and assembling fresh Italian salads, managing dressings, and ensuring beautiful presentation.
Dough Management: Assisting with dough portioning and monitoring fermentation levels throughout the shift.
Prep & Cleanliness: Maintaining a spotless station and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and stocked.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: You must have previous experience specifically with Neapolitan-style pizza (handling soft dough, quick cook times).
Station Mastery: Ability to jump between the pizza peel and the salad station during a rush without losing your cool.
Quality Control: An eye for the "perfect char" and a commitment to consistent ingredient portions.
Reliability: We are a tight-knit team; showing up on time and ready to work is non-negotiable.
