Busy Hoboken Italian restaurant is looking for a skilled pizza cook to join our team. This is a full-time position (50–56 hours/week) with steady hours and strong pay after taxes. Responsibilities
Hand-stretch dough, top, and cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven
Fully prep and maintain your pizza station (dough, sauces, cheese, toppings, etc.)
Keep station stocked, clean, and organized
Assist with general prep when needed
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Requirements
Pizza-making experience required (hand-stretching dough + pizza oven)
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Nights and weekends required
