Weekend hours are a must

Prep cooks - basically full kitchen preparation and cleaning. Would be willing to train, but some experience would be helpful.

Cook - Italian menu will be responsible for sauté and baked dishes, making sauces and soup, etc. general knowledge of the kitchen
Pizza man - responsible for the full pizza station, making sliced pies for display. Taking and packing orders. Cutting cheese and making dough. Making boxes. Etc
Front counter, waiter, waitress. - front counter position welcome to customers answers phones helps diners in the dining room room makes salads and sandwiches.
Deli counter - making heroes and slicing cold cuts for customers - taking orders , keeping a clean work area
