Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Receptionist to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone orders, managing reservations, and assisting with general front desk duties. A passion for great food and customer service is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in person and over the phone
- Taking and processing take-out orders accurately
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Handling payment transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Providing friendly, professional service to all customers
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Passion for pizza and hospitality a plus!
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
