-Ensure open communication between service staff and cooking staff
-Supervise and instruct others in quality, presentation and production
-Expedite during meal periods to provide best quality and service
-Ensure orders are being prepared with correct priority order
-Have complete understanding of table and seat numbers
-Complete tasks in a quick and efficient manner
-Have a sense of urgency while on duty
-Be cordial with fellow coworkers while on duty
-Anticipate guests needs and execute them in an efficient manner
-Communicate important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
-Knowledge of point of sales system
-Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
-Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds
-High school level education or equivalent
-Knowledge of fast paced restaurants
-Maintain professional working environment, communicate well with others and uphold sanitation standards to the highest level
