Looking to hire full time experienced counter service for a busy Restaurant/Takeout
Position Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Counter Person to be the face of our restaurant. You’ll handle in-store and online orders, operate the point-of-sale system, and ensure every guest feels welcome. You’ll also play a key role in spotting opportunities to grow our business through great service, upselling products and good customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for dine-in, takeout, and online delivery orders
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
Handle payments (cash, card, online orders) and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Keep the counter and customer area clean, organized, and welcoming
Answer phones and assist customers with menu questions or special requests .
