Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability through effective cost management, including food and labor costs.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, safety, and service.

- Optimize inventory management and ordering to reduce waste and control costs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Serve Safe certified or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to manage costs and increase profitability.
- Experience with inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Skills & Experience:
