We are looking to expand who kitchen staff with a well-knowledgeable, motived salad chef. This job requires long hours and a minimum 2+ years experience. You will be expected to prepare the cold line, prepare salads for tables, dessert, etc. The management staff is willing to train the right person, but will need experience in a professional kitchen.
