Bourke Street Bakery is seeking qualified, friendly baristas for immediate start at;
Jersey City - 331 Marin Boulevard
Part-time BARISTA - 30 hrs
Afternoon Shift - 12pm-6pm
Compensation: $16 per hour, negotiable on experience + tips - (average range $20-$28), paid weekly
Required: Legal USA work status
BARISTAS;
Able to jump in and prepare a delicious cortado, piccolo or macchiato
Expertly prepare consistent coffee (that hits the sweet spot) in a fast-paced, warm and welcoming environment.
Punctual, early riser & reliable
Extensive barista experience (1 YEARS MINIMUM) in making quality espresso, including dialing in, maintaining consistent espresso extraction and experience in batch brewing.
Preferable if familiar with La Marzocco type machine
Able to work weekends
